  1. Can you ship products to my country?
    We ship our products to over 100 countries via EMS (International Express Mail Service by Japan Post). The EMS is a fast and safe international
    shipping method delivered right to your door by your postman, and is insured and traceable. However, due to the pandemic of Covid-19, many countries are
    now not accepting EMS shipments. Until this situation is over, we will use the courier service by DHL, UPS or FedEx, which are more expensive, but
    faster and reliable service delivered right to your door. Now available worldwide to the following countries:

  2. How much is the shipping cost?
    We normally charge only US$7.00 FLAT RATE by EMS for any orders from any countries, but until the EMS service gets back to normal, we will use courier service and charge $15 FLAT RATE by DHL, UPS or FedEx at our choice, if ordered one or more items at one time with one shipping destination.
    This shipping fee will be automatically added to your shopping cart at the time of payment.

  3. How soon can you ship my order?

    We try to keep the most items available for immediate shipment, and usually ship your order on same day received or the following business day.
    If unable to ship in a few days for any reasons, we will notify you immediately of the expected shipping date.

    After the EMS shipment is made from Japan, you will be able to receive
    (if in normal condition) :

    To Address in United States, within 3 to 5 days.
    To address in European countries, within 5 to 7 days.
    To address in Asian Countries, within 3 to 5 days.
    To Address in Canadak, Australia or New Zealand within 4 to 6 days.
    To Address in Russia within 7 to 14 days.

    The courier shipment usually arrives within 2 days to USA, Canada and Australia, and 3 days to Europe.

    (Holiday Season in December may take a few days extra)

  4. How can I trace my parcel ?

    As soon as your shipment is made, we will notify you of the EMS or courier's Tracking number, and you can trace your parcel at EMS TRACE or Courier's websites.

  5. Is EMS & Couriers shipping insured?
    Yes, it is insured for any damages or lost during transportation. We will give a special care for the product inspection and the packaging when shipping, but if you found any problems, please contact us immediately.
    We will help you to claim your damages and solve the problem. You may be required to submit the proof such as pictures or documents.

  6. What is your return policy?

    We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your any purchases of our products. For any reasons, if it has not proved you, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement with other items. All returns should be made in original condition (must be new and unused) and in
    original package.

    Any defective knives, if found, can also be returned to us in Japan for a full refund or replacement at any times, but this does not cover any misuses or abuses. Please contact us for our instruction before you return.

  7. How can I buy knives which are "Sold Out?

    We always try to keep sufficient inventory of all the products we offer. However, our knives are limited production of the hand made knives, so it will take a few months for re-stocking, once they were sold out. You can request for the waiting list by email at order@KikuKnives.com, and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available again in future.
